As St. Patricks Day approaches, AJ reminded me of a funny story....

When AJ was in 5th grade he asked me if we could dye his socks green for St. Patricks day. I thought that was a pretty clever idea, so the night before we got some socks, put them in water with green food coloring and then let them dry overnight. The next morning he put the socks on and went to school. That night we discovered that dying the socks with food coloring probably was not the best idea. The socks dyed his feet green and he had to live with "Hulk" feet for the next week and a half. Ha Ha!

That is so funny! I had a friend in High School who put a small braid on the side of her long blonde hair for St. Patrick's Day. She dyed it with green food coloring and it was very cute. It also did NOT wash out for weeks! poor girl!

Your blog's springy look is so pretty! Is it really here?

That is hilarious! What a way to celebrate. That is true dedication to the wearin o' the green.

I did a cooking project where I used my HANDS go mix something with green food coloring and did the same thing! My hands were green for a week!

too funny! I'll remember to avoid food coloring to dye clothes!
